The theory that chocolate cures all proved true at last Saturday’s 16th Annual Ghirardelli Square Chocolate Festival. Food afficionados from all over the industry gathered to get first dibs on new, budding entrepreneurs who show promising potential— Marshmallow Mischief being one of them. We met food scientists, nutritional bloggers and marketing geniuses from Vancouver, Santa Cruz and of course San Francisco. Getting to talk to such a diverse crowd within the food business proved enlightening as well as encouraging.

It's our favorite time of year again! No, we have not gotten out the holiday decorations yet, and nope, it has nothing to do with the kids going back to school either…it's the time of year that we help celebrate one of our first loves; Chocolate!
